Discord Server Information
When the bot joins a Discord server, we log the guild ID and server image. Only the server ID is permanently stored.

Command Usage
For every command used by a user, we log the user ID and guild ID.

User Login (Form Submission)
When you log in to submit a form, we temporarily collect your user ID, username, and avatar URL to authenticate your session and log your activity.

Form Submission Data
When you submit a form, we store the following:

• Your answers to the form’s questions.
• Your user ID, username, and avatar URL.
  
  Moderator Login
  When you log in as a moderator to access the dashboard or manage forms, we temporarily collect your user ID, username, avatar URL and all the servers you are in to display the Discord servers and forms associated with your account.
  
  Form Data
  For every form created, we store the following details:
  
• Title, description, and image URL (banner).
• Allow multiple submissions setting (with cooldown).
• Response channel ID (the Discord channel where submissions are sent).
• Open/close form toggle.
• All form fields (questions) and their configurations.
  
  Access to Submitted Applications
  
• Applications submitted through forms are visible to all moderators of the Discord server associated with the form.
• Applications are also accessible from us, not for monitoring user activity, but strictly for moderation purposes or to improve the service and user experience.

The collected information serves two main functions:

• Database Storage: Certain collected information is stored in the bot's database. This storage is essential for the bot to function properly and provide the services you expect.
• Logging for Moderation and Improvement: We log the collected information. This logging serves the purposes of moderation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the bot's performance and features.
