Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ApplicationForms ("the Bot" or "the website"), operated by Purplect Development ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Bot and Website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Bot.
By accessing or using the Bot and Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Bot.
The ApplicationForms bot and website are tools designed to create and manage forms for users to fill out and submit. By using these tools, you agree to the following responsibilities:
As a form creator, you are fully responsible for the content of your forms. You must ensure that your forms comply with Discord’s Community Guidelines, applicable local laws, and any other relevant regulations. Forms that solicit inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content are strictly prohibited.
Users filling out forms are responsible for the information they share. Submissions must not include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Misuse of the system, such as trolling or spamming, may result in reports to moderators or restricted access to the Bot.
By designating a Responses Channel, you agree that the bot is authorized to send notifications to that channel, including but not limited to:
When a guild is removed from the bot, the following policies apply:
If the guild has associated forms or an active premium subscription, the data (forms, premium status, and responses) will be archived for one month to allow recovery or reactivation if needed.
After one month, all associated data for the removed guild will be permanently deleted, including forms, responses, and premium status. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
If the guild had an active premium subscription at the time of removal, the remaining subscription time is non-refundable.
Submissions are stored on our servers to provide the service. Only authorized users (e.g., moderators or admins in your server) can access submission data.
We may analyze aggregated data to improve our services or provide statistical insights. This analysis does not include personal or identifiable information.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Premium is an optional support subscription that provides increased limits and additional features. By purchasing Premium, you agree to the following terms:
All Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access to Premium features is granted, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Premium subscriptions are tied to the server where they were activated and cannot be transferred to another server. Each subscription is server-specific and must be purchased separately for additional servers.
We reserve the right to modify Premium features or pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will retain their benefits until the end of their current subscription period.
You may choose not to renew your Premium subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation.
By creating a form using ApplicationForms, you grant us permission to display newsletters, announcements, and advertisements on the form page. We make every effort to ensure that displayed content is relevant and non-intrusive to provide a positive user experience.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, any further use of the Bot will be restricted.
The Bot and Website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure the service is reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced in our discord support server, or other communication channels. Your continued use of the Bot after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the service.
