Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Twitter ("the Bot"), operated by Purplect Development ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Bot is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Bot.

By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Use of the Bot

The bot enables you to upload content to the simulator channel. While using the bot, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

2. Treat other users and individuals with respect and refrain from abusive, harassing, threatening, or intimidating behavior.
   
   
3. Content that involves harm to human life or contains disturbing material is strictly prohibited.
   
   We understand that the bot is also used in roleplay servers. However, if we determine that this rule is violated in any case, your access to the bot may be terminated.
   
   
   

3. User Content

1. The Bot may allow you to submit, post, or share content. By doing so, you grant us the right to use, modify, display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Bot.
   
   
2. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and it must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
   
   
   

4. Simulator Channel

By setting a simulator channel for the bot, you grant us permission to send newsletters, announcements and advertisements to the specified channel.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
